Neben ca. 20 Aquarien der in der Region  vorkommenden Fische bot das Aquarium auch einen Board Walk durch das  Marschland, eigentlich &#8230; aber da es stark zu regnen anfing, mussten  wir rasch zur\u00fcck zum Auto &#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/jellyfish.li\/jellyfish\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/23Aquarium-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1226\"\/><figcaption>Marine Education Center and Aquarium der Universit\u00e4t von Georgia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach einer relativ kurzen Fahrt erreichten wir unser Ziel f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten 4 Tage, Amelia Island. <strong>Amelia Island<\/strong> ist die s\u00fcdlichste Insel der Sea Islands  die entlang der Ostk\u00fcste der USA Von South Carolina nach Florida verlaufen. Sie ist 21 km lang und an der breitesten Stelle etwa 6 km breit. Hier kennen wir von einem fr\u00fcheren Abstecher das Sea Side Inn, ein kleines Hotel direkt am Strand.
